Questions about pricing.

When do I pay the commission?
Only when the airline payment hits our escrow. We deduct the commission, wire 70% of the compensation to your IBAN. If we lose, you pay nothing — not even legal fees.
Why 15% with GateHelp+?
The €29/year membership funds the operational priority: dedicated case manager, priority WhatsApp, auto-detection of eligible flights. For frequent flyers, the savings far exceed the cost.
What about VAT?
All our prices include 20% French VAT. No hidden fees.
If we lose, what does GateHelp pay?
Everything. Registered letters, specialised lawyers, bailiff fees, court fees. You stay at €0.
Can I cancel GateHelp+?
Yes, anytime from your dashboard. No lock-in. If you have active cases, they keep the 15% rate until closed.
